2024 Registrations are open!

Since 16 January 2024, new regulations from the French Athletics Federation have come into force, making a medical certificate no longer compulsory. This can be replaced by the PPS (Health Prevention Plan).

We'll explain!

How do you get your Health Prevention Course certificate?

Go to the FFA website by clicking here!

During this online course, you'll learn about a range of issues:
Risk situations: unusual feelings, precautions to take according to age, habits that can damage your health, etc, Encouragement to consult a doctor if any risks are identified,
A reminder of the importance of training in lifesaving techniques,
Provision of a documentary database on health practices. If your PPS is validated, you will be able to print out your Attestation Parcours Prévention Santé at the end of the course, which you can send us by downloading the PDF from your Time To account.

To be valid, your certificate must be less than 3 months old on the day of the event (i.e. issued after 6 August).

* Please note that in this year of the launch of the PPS, and until 1 September 2024, when it will apply to all running events in France, the various races and sporting events in France will not be subject to the PPS at the same time. Each organiser is free to decide whether or not to apply the PPS until the new regulations are fully implemented.

The Health Prevention Course (PPS) has to be uploaded to your time to account for validation.

To do so, simply log in and click on "My Account" - "My Events" then "Upload a document".

Your document must be less than 3MB and in JPEG, PNG or PDF format.

If your document exceeds 3MB, you will need to compress it before uploading it.

Once your PPS has been successfully uploaded, it will appear as being "pending" for validation by our teams.

If you are unable to upload it, we advise you to try by login to your personal time to account (with a computer) via another internet browser.
