- Risk situations: unusual physical sensations, precautions to take depending on age, habits that may negatively impact health, etc.
- A recommendation to consult a doctor if any risks are identified
- A reminder of the importance of learning life-saving first aid gestures
Access to a document database focused on health-oriented sports practice
Once your PPS has been validated, you will be able to enter its number directly on your participant dashboard by logging into your Time To account and clicking on “Manage my registration”.
You are a minor:
You must be 16 years old during the year to take part.
For the 10 km race, you must provide one of the following documents:
- You are an FFA license holder: your FFA license certifies that you have a valid HPC.
- You are not an FFA license holder: you must complete a health questionnaire. To do so, simply visit this website, click on “New” and then “Obtain a health certificate”.
If you answer YES to one or more questions, you will then need to obtain a medical certificate from a doctor.
Once your HPC has been validated (valid for 1 year), you will receive a number that must be entered during your registration. To do this, log in to your Time To account, click on “My profile”, then “My events”. Under the name of the event, click on “Manage my registration”. You will then access a page where a dedicated section will be available to enter your HPC number.
So that your document can be studied for validation, simply log in and click on “My account” (image with profile photo) then on “My events”. Under the event name, click on “Upload a document”.
REMOVAL WILL BE POSSIBLE FROM 5 JULY 2025.
The file must be of PDF type and less than 3 MB in size. If it's larger than 3 MB, you'll need to compress the document.
The document is correctly uploaded when it is WAITING to be checked.
Validation will start 1 month before the event, and you will receive an e-mail informing you of its validity or refusal.
If you are unable to submit it, we advise you to try it from a computer by logging on to your personal time to space via another web browser (Google Chrome).
